Ann Turkel

Her home is in a home with Samantha (above) along with Olivia who live in Beverly Hills. They were together for eight years, and divorced for twenty years. Ann Turkel is still struggling to deal with the loss of her ex-husband, Richard Harris. Turkel is a native of New York. She was born in Manhattan and has a Jewish, middle class family, attended both the Neighborhood Playhouse and American Musical and Dramatic Academy by the time she turned 16 years old. Ann Turkel is a multi-faceted entertainer whose career includes motion-picture, television modeling, business and many more. Growing up in Manhattan, Ann always had an ability to entertain. She began dance lessons at the age 5 and pursued her studies in art throughout college. She credits her mother for instilling her passion for art. Ann is a vocalist along with dancing and acting since her early childhood. Ann began her training in acting at 16 years old, working with Sandy Meisner & Philip Burton. As a teenager, Ann started singing with her fellow classmates, and then formed a rock and roll group. Also, she performed in a season of summer stock theater in the Berkshire Playhouse in Stockbridge, Massachusetts in such plays as The Pajama Game" and West Side Story. Ann's appearance with her band at a fashion show was the moment Gloria Schiff, editor of Vogue Magazine, discovered Ann. Within a matter of a few days the editor-in-chief Diana Vreeland commissioned Ann to shoot her first Vogue Cover with photographer Richard Avedon. Ann was one of the United States' most popular models, appearing on the covers of top magazines including Vogue Bazaar, Cosmopolitan and numerous others. Within two years Ann hit the international markets with her successful modeling throughout Europe and Japan for the roles of face for such cosmetic giants as Max Factor Revlon and Chanel.
